DELIVERY

Items will be protected and well packaged. Salamsanctuary is an eco-conscious brand, I endeavour to keep all packaging plastic-free, recyclable and minimalistic in order to reduce waste and the impact on the environment. Please allow up to 3-5 days for processing of your order, especially for hand-written pieces.

I use Royal Mail/Parcelforce 1st class as I am based in the UK. I offer world-wide shipping. Delivery should be completed within 2-7 days, this may be prolonged due to the coronavirus pandemic. One your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation with a reference number to track your package in terms of arrival.

RETURNS

I do not accept refunds however if an item has been damaged once you receive them, please sign for as 'damaged in transit' or email within 24 hours of delivery. In this case, I will send out another package. If you would like further help with an order, do not hesitate to contact me.

PRIVACY

When you purchase an item from the salamsanctuary shop, personal data such as your name, address & email is given. This enables me to send your item & provides a contact to update you about your order. If you would like to opt-in to my newsletter, your email and name is used to send you exciting updates from the studio. Your data is not used for anything else.
