Welcome to salamsanctuary :)
I’m a doctor turned designer, but more importantly, my love of traveling has led me to meet incredible people and connect with different parts of my many roots and upbringing, North African, Turkish and Europe. As someone who has always loved craft, I love to inject my trips with creativity as well as spending more time to learn a place’s traditional art.
More than anything, Islamic art is my favourite to learn more about and practice myself, hence the calligraphy prints in my art shop. I think this year I’ll do a lot more exploring though, so let’s see what creative ventures I share..
